This policy explains what Zombie Couple Video ("we", "the site", zombiecouplevideo.video) collects when you use it, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Account details. Your email address and name (or the details your sign-in provider shares), plus your credit balance and purchase history.
• Photos you upload. The two photos of the people (or pet) you want to star in your film. We re-encode them as JPEGs and remove embedded metadata such as location. To keep two similar-looking people apart, an AI model writes a short description of each photo (for example hair and clothing colours), used only to make your film.
• Videos you make. The generated MP4, the options you chose (night, outfit, celebration) and the optional scoreboard name.
• Technical data. Basic logs (IP address, browser, pages visited, errors) needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

• To generate your video, store it for you and let you download or share it.
• To keep your credit balance, process purchases and refund failed renders.
• To prevent abuse, debug problems and keep the service running.

We do not sell your personal data.

Who processes it

Making a film requires sending your photos and our prompts to AI model providers (video generation and the photo descriptions above). We also rely on providers for hosting, database, file storage and payments. They process data on our behalf and only to provide their service:

• AI video generation (Google Veo via an API provider)
• Hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), file storage (Cloudflare R2)
• Payments (our payment processor — we never see or store your full card details)

The public gallery

Films are shown in the public gallery (Now Showing) only if you leave that option switched on. Your uploaded photos are never shown in the gallery. You can make any video private, or delete it, at any time from My videos.

Photos of other people

Only upload photos of yourself or of adults who agreed to appear in the video. Do not upload photos of children or public figures.

Retention and deletion

We keep your photos and videos while your account is active so you can access them. Deleting a video removes it from your account and the gallery. To delete your account and all associated data, email us and we will do it within 30 days.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect forms. If we add analytics, we will update this page.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to some processing. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
